Is my warranty affected?

No. Contrary to many people's beliefs, you do not have to take your vehicle back to the dealer that sold it to you. As long as you carry out your car service as recommended by the manufacturer your warranty is not affected. We use quality aftermarket parts and update your service history log.

 

Can you reset my service indicator?

Yes. We reset the service indicator on all cars. Is VAT included? Yes. VAT is included in all prices we quote.

 

Why use Mobile Auto Service instead of a regular workshop garage?

Do Mobile Auto Service replace brakes pads?

Yes. However, only at the time of carrying out a service.

 

Does Mobile Auto Service replace items such as tyres, exhausts and timing belts?

No. These are items that typically do not need to be replaced as regularly as your vehicle needs to be serviced. At Mobile Auto Service we specialise in delivering a top class car service. We specialise in this so that we can offer you convenience and reliability. The benefit to you is that the amount of wasted time is reduced significantly.

 

Will oil spill on my driveway or car park?

No. We use state of the art oil pumping equipment that eliminates oil spills. We also cover the ground underneath your engine and as an extra level of comfort all of our vehicles are equipped with spill packs.

 

What happens with waste oil and oil filters?

All of our waste oil and oil filters are recycled in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.

 

I don't have a driveway. Is that a problem?

No. If you don't have a driveway and your car is parked on the street, we'll do one of two things. We'll work on the street, (provided it's quiet, there's space and we don't block traffic) or we'll move the car to a quiet area nearby.

 

Do you have insurance?

Yes. All of our drivers are comprehensively insured. We also have Public Liability Insurance in place.

 

Can I have a vat receipt?

Yes. We issue full report and VAT invoice on completion.

 

How can I pay?

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Laser and Cash.
